Mike & Kim Dahlberg, Chris Di Tommaso with Kim Dominguez, Judy Smith & her friend Gina, Patrick Halbert & Debbie,
Marc & Bridget Mills and Bridget's friend Tiffany, Mike Bradshaw, Ken Conner and Tony Bilotti. The forecast called for
rain but it didn't rain until night time. The weather for the parade and after was nice. After the parade most of us went
to the 'Ruby's Autodiner' that we've always gone to for lunch.

So Cal MetsChristmas Party
December 4 we had our 2022 Christmas party. This year the party was hosted by our President Ronnie
Bauman and Judy Kanouse in their beautiful new home in Riverside California.
Metters at the party were, Nick & Renee Anderson, Marcia Jones, Kim Dominguez, Marlin & Lindy
Brandt, Bill & Cindy Harris, Tony & Jackie Bilotti, Mike & Kim Dahlberg, Mike & Greta Bradshaw, Patrick Halbert
& Daughter Leanne, Armando Reyes, Tom & Bonnie Booth, Ken & Judy Conner and of course our wonderful Host &
Hostess Ronnie & Judy.
First, the new house is a lovely bit
of castle and any car person will have a bad case of 'garage envy'!
There were assorted cheesy, meaty appitizers before a terrific Italian style lunch
cooked up by Judy's Grandaughter, Maggie. Maggie is one heck of a good cook and everyone was deighted with a lunch that couldn't
be beat! After we had our gift exchange that was a lot of fun with great stuff for everybody. We can't thank Ronnie and Judy
enough! It was a great get together in every way!

We met at Mike and Kim Dahlbergs' house again but Mike and Kim were
out of town. After meeting we drove through Santiago to Modjeska Canyon. This time we took the educational and interesting
tour of the Modjeska house and surrounding property. After the tour we drove out of Modjeska Canyon, through Santiago Canyon
to Silverado Canyon where we had a great lunch at the Siverado Cafe. From there we headed home.

Belmont Shore Car Show
Sunday
September 11 a few of us participated in the Long Beach Belmont Shore car show. To show respect and remembrance for 9/11 horns
were honked at 9:00 am followed by a moment of silence. Metters were Mike Dahlberg, Chris Di Tommaso and Tony Bilotti. Bill
and Cindy Harris were also at the show but they brought their beautiful Mini. I feel kind of dumb because I didn't think to
take a picture of the Mini.
The weather was warm
and muggy with some clouds. They lined us up in a left hand turn lane for the show. We walked the street and looked at the
cars in the show and had lunch at Domenico's Pizza. Chris has just had some more work done on her Met in the engine compartment
and her car looks front to back like it just rolled off the assembly line. When we retured to our cars after lunch there was
a really nice 'Top 50' award on her bumper. There were enough cars in the show to make 'Top 50' something to be proud of.
Congratulations Chris!!!

Another Trip To Beautiful CrystalCove in Laguna Beach
Sunday August 21st So Cal Mets made another trip to Crystal Cove. We love this little
place. It's got a lot of area history with it's cottages for rent and others that have been used in past movies. There is
a visitor center a little restuarant as well as a small gift shop.
We've
always enjoyed this cruise. It's a beautiful ride between our starting place (Ken & Judys house in Huntington Beach) through
Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.
Metters along for the ride this time were Ken Conner, Mike & Kim Dahlberg, Judy Smith, Mark Aldrich &Doug
Deimeke, Greta & Mike Bradshaw and Tony & Jackie Bilotti.
After
a little walk on the beach we decided to have lunch at 'Islands' in Newport beach.

So Cal Mets Picnic
Saturday
June 25th So Cal Mets had the annual picnic again at Craig Park in Brea, Ca. Special thanx to our Ken Conner for getting up
before the sun to get our favorite spot in the park. Metters at the picnic were Ronnie Bauman and Judy, Tony Bilotti and Jackie,
Chris Di Tommaso with Kim Dominguez, Armondo Reyes and Maritza, Bill & Cindy Harris, Martin & Linda Brandt, Mike &
Kim Dahlberg, Jeff & Sue Garrett, Mike & Gretta Bradshaw, Marcia Jones, Ken Conner, Patrick Halbert & Daughter
Leanne, Mark Aldrich and Leon Hastings.
The food and company were
again the best we could have. We had the annual auction that supports the clubs financial needs and did pretty good again.
Thanx to the members that brought items and more thanx to those of us who bought them!
Because we usually have the biggest turnout of members at the picnic our standing President Ronnie
Bauman thought this would be a good time to elect new officers for 2023.
Mike Dahlberg was elected our new President. Marcia Jones will remain our Vice President.
Ronnie Bauman will be Secretary/Treasurer. All other positions are chosen by the president. Kim Dominguez will remain as Membership
Chairman and our new cruise director will be Chris Di Tommaso.

Floral Park Home Tour and Car Show
April 23rd 2022 we made another outing to the Floral Park home tour and car show.
Floral Park is an upscale residential area of Santa Ana, California. Once a year homeowners open their houses to the public
to enjoy. The homes are beautiful inside and out some with breathtaking gardens. There are a variety of food trucks and a
little swap meet sort of thing. They also have a small car show at the same time. The Mets that entered were owned by Chris
Di Tommaso, Mike Dahlberg, Tony Bilotti, Marcia Jones and Ken Conner.
Another
great time was had by all.
A
couple of weeks earlier Chris, Mike and Tony were entered in the Orange Plaza Car Show. While Orange Plaza wasn't an actual
club event. A few of us were there and I'm going to put some pictures at the end.

February 27th
Trip to the Segerstrom Shelby Event Center
Our club cruise for February was a trip to the Segerstrom Shelby Event Center in
Irvine California. So Cal Metters along for the ride were Ronnie Bauman and Judy, Ken Conner, Mike Dahlberg, Judy Smith, Patrick
Halbert and Tony Bilotti.
We met at Mikes house in Tustin and took
the scenic route through Tustin and Irvine to the center. The event center is two floors of darn near every model of Shelby
Mustang and Cobras. They also have old coin operated kiddie car rides, lots of neon, old oil cans, a huge collection of beautiful
restored gas pumps and then some.
After we looked at everything
there we went for another short ride to have lunch before going home.
